About BCU > Company profile
The precursor of BCU started in 1979 by means of supplying and installing machinery equipment for various industries, including its technical design and engineering work.
In 1984 BCU determined to focus in industrial pump with the specialization in its engineering design and installation.
Ten years later, BCU extended its product-range to include
fabrication of pumping system package and process-compressor service, so that its specialization covers the entire fluid-machinery, consisting of equipment to displace liquid (pump) and equipment to compress gas (compressor).
With clear focus in mind, BCU management was formed progressively and steadfastly with human resources who has since grown to become skillful with deep understanding in industrial pumps. This has been further enhanced with supportive hardware and software work facilities, including machinery, tools, high-precision measuring devices, etc.
BCU goal is to assist the domestic industries with fluid machinery that are made and packaged with high technology and accuracy, which are then to be operated and maintained under the supervision and training given by the experienced technical experts of BCU to obtain products with total quality
BCU has successfully completed large international-scale projects in various industry sectors such as oil & gas, refinery, power generation, chemical and petrochemical, process gas, marine, cement, agriculture, horticulture, textile, food, and many others. In light of globalization trend regarding quality demand that requires continuous improvement, BCU implements an international standard quality system in its entire working process and management, so that only high-class and high-quality products are generated accordingly to international market requirement.
On the 26th December 2003 BCU was certified with full compliance for Standard System of Quality Management ISO 9001:2000 from LRQA (Lloyd Register Quality Assurance). Apart from ISO 9001, BCU has also been certified with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (currently updated to ISO 45001). Since then, BCU is routinely assessed to ensure that only the most stringent Quality Management System is applied with continuous improvement in all aspects.
