Every organizational level of BCU is committed at the social expectation for sustainable development, transparency, and accountability through a systematic approach to deliver our product to our customer's specification until it is finished.
ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING
BCU employs Enterprise Resource Planning program that is skillful in procurement and production. It supports us in our project monitoring and project status tracking so that our project status can easily be tracked and documented. The program also help BCU by synchronizing each of our organization levels' scope of work and simplify information sharing so that BCU can work as a whole more easily.
INFORMATION PROJECT BCU
BCU utilizes project management information system called IPBCU (BCU Project Information). IPBCU runs on a Sharepoint Online platform. This technology facilitates control and information on the development of our ongoing projects.
