Horizontal type features single-crank type and horizontally opposed type. The former is exclusively for condensate gases at low delivery rates and as gas circulating compressors for higher flow rate. The later has balanced mass forces and low residual torques which achieve excellent smoothness of running and low strains on the foundation and a guaranteed simple assembly and maintenance.
