BCU technician will supervise and direct you on  your fluid handling system's installation and operation.

Site Supervision

 

Commissioning and Start Up

After your fluid handling system is installed, we will check its alignment, electricity current, stress in the pipe,etc to make sure that it can run smoothly. We will also display its data such as vibration, temperature rise, pressure flow, and motor current.

Site Inspection and Service

In case there is high difficulties in sending your fluid handling system to our workshop, we will send our technician to perform site inspection and create a spare part recommendation to replace parts that are not functioning well. We can also perform on site repair

Site Survey

Before unit installation, it is important that the foundation has been conditioned properly. BCU will make sure that your new unit is compatible with your existing unit and its prospective environment. We will produce an adjustment report and drawing if necessary. 

Site Training​

In case there are difficulties to visit our training hall, BCU will send our technician or engineer to give an on site training upon request. Our Site Training cover system operation and handling.

Customer System Analysis

BCU has many machinery for testing and analyzing system data such as vibration, capacity, flow speed, and many other aspects of fluid handling system.
