ENGINEERING SYSTEM DESIGN

Engineering System Design or generally known as Design Engineering is the combination of system design, technical calculation, and output analysis to create BCU product application according to the conformation of our customer's specification

ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM DESIGN

Designing the topology and writing-diagram

of pump controller, sensors, and commands in a complex networks accurately, in order to ensure absolute safety and operating steps according to the program

OUTPUT/ FAILURE ANALYSIS

Analyzing the system design by putting many factors such as natural frequency, safety, performance, and many others into consideration. BCU engineers will produce Improved Design until we find the optimal design for the system.

Products of BCU are designed, calculated and analyzed through the latest ANSYS® simulation software (finite element engineering analysis on the effect of forces/ moments), in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the system to survive from any  load that may occur and suffered since the transport up to long term operation.

GENERAL ARRANGEMENT DRAWING

Transforming the entire word-based specifications of customer requirement into model views that show the arrangement of structural elements on the equipment system or project

AS BUILT DRAWING

Final drawing based on GAD, but includes all agreed changes during fabrication process that shows the actual dimensions, geometries and all major elements of the equipment system or project
